Attorney Jason Witcher's extensive experience as prosecutor brings an inside perspective to his criminal defense practice. Upon graduation from Rutgers University School of Law he began his career as a trial attorney as an Assistant Prosecutor. The Supreme Court, through its Board of Attorney Certification, designates only those lawyers who apply for certification and who are able to meet the standards set by the Board and approved by the Court. Mr. Witcher has received numerous commendations for leadership and community service, including proclamations of commendation for community service from Governor John S. Corzine, the New Jersey Senate and General Assembly and United States Congress, citations from the Salem and Cumberland County Boards of Chosen Freeholders and the Government Leadership Award from Calvary Community Development Corporation. He is currently serving a three year appointment by the New Jersey Supreme Court, sitting on the Board of Bar Examiners Committee on Character.

He is active in his community serving in youth mentoring programs as well as serving his community on the Boards of Directors for several non-profit organizations.

Following graduation, Mr. Yehl enrolled in the private law school of Thomas Jefferson in San Diego, California.
