I practice in the bankruptcy area. I routinely represent debtors and creditors throughout the bankruptcy process. I also help parties defend and prosecute adversary proceedings. I handle Chapter 7, Chapter 13, and Chapter 11 cases but concentrate on individual and small to medium size business Chapter 11 cases.

My real estate practice focuses on the acquisition, lease and development of commercial and residential properties, including office buildings, retail centers, condominiums, apartment complexes and single-family homes. I regularly draft and negotiate purchase contracts and ground leases for my clients, and work closely in conjunction with the them and their respective project management teams to help anticipate and resolve any issues that may arise throughout the inspection and development of the properties. I also have practical experience in the areas of commercial lending, real estate financing, and the creation of condominium and homeowner associations. Welcome to www.StrongVisa.com. Susan Pai is the principal attorney at The Law Office of Susan Pai. Ms. Pai began her career as Deputy Prosecuting Attorney for the State of Washington. She went on to become a Public Defender where she conducted major criminal matters such as second strike life without parole cases. Later, she was recruited by former Presidential Candidate, Patricia Schroeder (D, Colorado) to become the Director of International Copyright Enforcement for the Association of American Publishers. In this capacity, she oversaw and conducted what is still believed to be the largest criminal raid in global publishing history on behalf of American and European book publishers. Ms. Pai went on to become one of the youngest corporate General Counsels in the United States, working with such DC notables as the former commissioner of the INS, the Honorable Carol Hallet; former U.S. Ambassador to the U.N. and Administrator of the GSA, Ambassador Gerald Carmen; and former Assistant Director of Operations for the CIA, Max Hugel. Ms. Pai also served as Senior Investigations Manager of Microsoft's special investigations unit, the Financial Integrity Unit, and is a member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.

Ms. Pai's many years of service to the public and corporate America in conjunction with her personal experience as a first generation American citizen serve her clients well. Ms. Pai has successfully processed H-1Bs, H-1B1s, E-2s, E-3s, L-1As, L-1Bs, Os, Ps, and TNs. She has also submitted successful EB-1 petitions (subject to the highest level of scrutiny) and has been asked to respond to RFEs for petitions she was not originally involved in. Every single one of the visa applications she has worked on has been approved without RFE (except for one request for current paystubs and one RFE that was issued in error).*** Of the business based visas she has applied for, she has covered esoteric and novel points including applying for a cap-subject H1B visa concurrent to a cap-exempt H1B (after H1B master's and non-master's numbers were exhausted) and arguing successfully for a university affiliation for an otherwise cap-subject and previously denied petitioner. Additionally, Ms. Pai has had great success in applications for extraordinary aliens, and outstanding researchers and professors. In most cases, any O or P visa applied for was favorably dispositioned within 24 to 72 hours. Another novel case involved an L-1A that was changed to an L-1B and at the eve of the 5th year L-1B cap, was successfully changed back to an L-1A (again, without RFE).

***It should be noted, however, that Ms. Pai's past successes are no indication of the chance of success in future cases. Every case is different and each one must be approached as an individual and unique matter.

Stephen Andrew Mosca is originally from Mount Vernon, New York. He graduated from the Academy of Aeronautics in 1979 and worked as a structural design engineer for various large aerospace companies for 20 years.

By 2002, with the Cold War having ended, the attacks of September 11th inspired Stephen to return to university to earn a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science at Armstrong Atlantic State University in Savannah, Georgia. This experience sparked an interest in law and in 2004, Stephen enrolled at Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville, Florida, graduating in 2006.

From 2006 to 2008, Stephen worked as an Assistant Public Defender for the 4th Judicial Circuit in Jacksonville, Florida handling thousands of criminal cases. Mr. Fahlgren's jury trial experience includes a patent infringement trial lasting in excess of five weeks and a ground breaking same-sex sexual harassment trial in which Mr. Fahlgren's client obtained a jury verdict for an amount in excess of one million dollars.

In November 2007, Mr. Fahlgren and his co-counsel obtained a record $2.9 million dollar verdict against Equifax for violations of the Fair Credit Reporting Act.

Mr. Fahlgren is also a Certified Circuit Civil Mediator and has fulfilled the arbitrator training required by the Supreme Court of Florida for court appointed arbitrators. Having represented both sides in his career, Mr. Fahlgren is a successful mediator.

Attorney Bryant is a true criminal defense attorney. While in law school, Attorney Bryant participated in two felony trials as a second chair and an Attempted First Degree Murder trial as lead counsel. In addition, Attorney Bryant handled hundreds of criminal cases, both misdemeanor and felony, while participating as a Certified Legal Intern with the 4th Judicial Circuit Public Defenders office.

In law school, Attorney Bryant received six book awards, given to the highest cumulative grade in the class for topics, including Evidence, Criminal Pre-Trial Litigation and Pre-Trial Motion Drafting. Attorney Bryant graduated in the top 5% of his class with Cum Laude recognition and won an award in a Trial Practice Competition for Most Outstanding Closing Argument. After graduating from the Florida Coastal School of Law, Attorney Bryant accepted a job as an Assistant Public Defender in the Fourth Judicial Circuit. While employed there, he handled a misdemeanor caseload and was a Special Assistant to the Major Crimes Unit, a unit responsible for handling cases involving Florida’s 10-20-Life Law. Upon leaving the public sector, Attorney Bryant became a private criminal defense attorney and has gained much success for the benefit of his criminal clients.

Neil L. Henrichsen, a founding member of Henrichsen Siegel, is an experienced AV Rated civil trial lawyer. Mr. Henrichsen has tried numerous cases before juries and judges in state and federal courts throughout the United States. Mr. Henrichsen represents businesses and individuals in commercial disputes, business fraud, employment and international business matters. Jeff McFarland received his Juris Doctor degree, with honors, from the University of Florida. He was the Managing Editor of the University of Florida Law Review and is a member of the Order of the Coif. Mr. McFarland was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1995. He focuses on business and corporate law, securities, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and contracts.

Following law school, Mr. McFarland spent eight years as an attorney in the corporate and government finance divisions of Foley & Lardner LLP, first as an associate and then as senior counsel. While with Foley & Lardner, Mr. McFarland's practice included private and public securities issuances, business acquisitions, tax-exempt public finance transactions for local governments and non-profit health care facilities, and day-to-day counseling of businesses regarding corporate governance, contracts and business formation. After leaving Foley & Lardner, Mr. McFarland spent seven years as a professor of law at Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville, where he taught Contracts, Business Associations, Business Lawyering, Sales, Secured Transactions, and Mergers and Acquisitions. He served for three years as chair of the curriculum committee at the law school and as faculty advisor to the Florida Coastal Law Review. He also coached several Moot Court teams, including the team that won the national championship at the National Constitutional Law Competition in Chicago. While at Florida Coastal School of Law, Mr. McFarland was awarded the Faculty Vision Award by the student body and the Infilaw System Chairman's Award by the law school's Board of Trustees.
