G. Kimball Williams concentrates his practice in civil litigation and appellate practice in state and federal courts and domestic and international arbitral panels. Bill joined McCandlish & Lillard, P.C. as Senior Counsel on January 1, 2009, bringing with him 35 years of experience in handling complex, multi-party commercial litigation in federal and state courts; arbitrating and mediating commercial, insurance, securities, and employment disputes; and counseling business clients on a broad range of contracting, employment, creditor rights, and entity formation matters. Bill is licensed to practice law in Virginia, Maryland, and the District of Columbia. Before joining the firm, he was Of Counsel in the Washington, DC office of Pepper Hamilton LLP.
