In some cases, the client(s) may be here only a short time from outside the Hemet area, and time is urgent to start the process to obtain conservatorship appointment and protection. It can be especially urgent in cases where a financial predator is already actively working on draining away the proposed conservatee's financial estate.

Mr. Daugherty's PRIMARY CONCERNS are making the client comfortable with the legal process by patiently and thoroughly explaining the legal process involved (in plain English, not "legalese"), and by keeping him or her informed of the status of the case; and also by completing all work promptly.

Since it is almost always unfamiliar territory for the client/conservator, Mr. Daugherty goes to great effort to EDUCATE AND GUIDE the client/conservator not only in the beginning, but all along the way as the case progresses.
