Whitney Hosey focuses her practice on commercial and residential real estate, estate and trust planning, and communication and privacy law. At Wake Forest, Whitney served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Business and Intellectual Property Law, and has published numerous articles with the Journal.

Whitney earned her B.A. in History and Government from the University of Virginia. After graduating, she worked as an advertising executive in New York City where she managed advertising campaigns for Lowes Home Improvement and J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. Whitney is a devoted UVA fan and enjoys reading.

Jeremy concentrates in the areas of personal injury, wrongful death, workers' compensation, social security and medical malpractice. He has tried cases in the Superior and District Courts as well as before the Industrial Commission and Administrative Law Judges. In 2003, Jeremy received the Commonwealth of Kentucky's Highest Civilian Honor. Jeremy received his undergraduate degree from St. Andrews College in Laurinburg, North Carolina and his law degree from Widener University in Delaware. In addition to being licensed as an Attorney, Jeremy also holds a Real Estate Sales License and is certified as both a mediator and arbitrator.

Erich has lived in North Carolina his entire life, and takes great pride in helping his fellow North Carolinians--individuals, families, and small businesspersons. Much of his practice is devoted to assisting people who have trouble with debt. A knowledgeable bankruptcy lawyer, he counsels clients on whether filing bankruptcy is their best option, and carefully guides them through the bankruptcy process. Stephanie concentrates her practice in the area of wills and estate planning. She assists clients with the preparation of estate planning documents, and counsels regarding the best estate planning strategy for each individual. Particular services include the preparation and review of a will, a financial power-of-attorney, a health care power-of-attorney, or a health care advance directive ("living will"). She offers both individual planning documents and affordable bundles of common documents for both individuals and spouses.
