Russell J Atkatsh
For over 20 years, Russell Atkatsh has represented thousands of clients throughout Washington State, focusing primarily on family law but with extensive experience in criminal law and bankruptcy as well.
Russell was drawn to family law due to his desire to help clients by using pragmatic solutions, the opportunity to appear in court and interact with clients, and his ability to use the skill sets he learned in other areas of law to assist his family law clients.
He earned his Juris Doctorate from Gonzaga University, which he attended on a Dean’s Scholarship for Academic Achievement. Prior to that, he received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminology from Florida State University.
In his free time, Russell enjoys spending time with his family, taking his dogs out on adventures, watching Mariners and Rainiers baseball games, and exploring the many brew pubs of the Pacific Northwest.
