Derek Jon Krebs

Derek Krebs is an Associate Attorney with Kitchens New Cleghorn, LLC. Derek focuses his law practices in the areas of Corporate and Business Issues, General Civil Litigation, Contracts, Family Law, MSPB Employment Law Issues, and Wills, Trusts & Estate Planning.

Derek received a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Media & Communications from Denison University in 2005. He earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Georgia School of Law in 2012, where he graduated with honors.

While at UGA, Derek served as a Notes Editor of the Georgia Law Review, became certified as a civil mediator, worked as a research assistant to a law professor, and spent several semesters assisting clients through legal clinics. While in law school, Derek spent his summers working as a Summer Associate in both the Athens and Buckhead offices of Kitchens New Cleghorn, LLC.
