Successful results with little stress and great peace of mind. Mr. Poole represented our business and family in a dispute that involved multiple entities. We were very overwhelmed and intimidated by the idea of fighting for what we believed to be justly due, but most likely an ugly uphill battle to prove. We also hated the idea of having to go to trial but thought it inevitable. Mr. Poole took our case, that required that he become familiar with many years of historical data, and worked seamlessly with our business and its representatives. He worked diligently to protect our interests through fact finding and consistent communication. He truly bore the stress, allowing us to continue to work and go about our daily lives without distraction. We were extremely grateful to be informed that we would not have to go to trial and that, in addition, we would receive a settlement greater than expected.
