Elaine Martin has specialized in immigration law since 1997.

She worked with the world’s largest corporate immigration law firms for more than eight years, advising businesses of all sizes, ranging from multinational Fortune 500 corporations to start-up ventures and sole proprietorships. Mike Price has been representing citizens accused of crimes since he was a student in law school. While many of his fellow students were in class listening to professors tell them what the law was, Mike was in the Dallas County Criminal Courthouse learning first-hand how the system really works. This experience early in his legal education convinced Mike to dedicate his professional career exclusively to the defense of those people and businesses accused of crimes by local, state or federal authorities.

Mike has handled over 1,500 criminal cases since 1995. He has prosecuted none. These cases have ranged from simple misdemeanors, DWI's, assaults, drug possession, grand jury representations, rapes, robberies, and complex white-collar federal investigations. This wealth of experience has come from where it matters the most: The Defense side of the table--Representing persons accused of a crime. Mike has a firm belief that the only way to handle a criminal case successfully is to investigate and prepare every case as if it were going to be tried in front of a jury. By doing this, every case gets fully investigated and the best resolution for every client can be achieved, even if the case does not ultimately end in a trial. Mike Price was born in North Carolina in 1970. He moved to Sherman, Texas, in 1973 and graduated from Sherman High School in 1988. Mike completed his undergraduate studies at Austin College in Sherman, Texas, and graduated cum laude in 1992. Austin College is a small, private Presbyterian school known for its academic excellence. While attending A.C., Mike was a 3-year varsity team letterman on the Austin College Football Team. He was selected as a Texas Interscholastic Athletic Association Academic All-Conference member in 1989, 1990, and 1991. In 1990, Mike and the 'Kangaroos' advanced to the NAIA Division II National Playoffs. He received his Juris Doctor degree in 1995 from Southern Methodist University School of Law in Dallas. While at SMU, he was a student attorney in the SMU Law School Criminal Justice Clinic. After representing many clients throughout the criminal process, including jury trials, Mike was chosen to be the Supervising Student Attorney for the next class of students in this program. He was admitted to the Texas State Bar in 1995.

After graduating from law school, Mike began working for the legendary criminal defense attorney George R. Milner. Mike became a partner in his firm in 1998. In 2001, Mike became Board Certified in Criminal Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. While most attorneys have to practice 10, 15 or 20 years to reach the experience level necessary to achieve Board Certification, Mike met the rigorous requirements and passed the exam after being licensed for only 6 years. In 2002, Mike became the Managing Partner and a founding member of Milner & Finn, a law firm dedicated to the exclusive defense of criminal cases in both state and federal court. In 2006, Mike became Board Certified in Criminal Trial Advocacy by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. He is now one of only a handful of attorneys who is certified in Criminal Law at both the state and national level. In addition, Mike has been named a "Texas Super Lawyer" by Texas Monthly Magazine every year since 2005. He is also "AV" Rated by Martindale-Hubbell, the highest rating for both ethics and legal ability.

Ms. Maria McIntyre was born near Columbus, Ohio in 1975. Her mother is of Vietnamese descent and immigrated to the United States in the late 1960s. Ms. McIntyre has resided in the Dallas- Fort Worth area since childhood. She graduated with honors from Texas Christian University in 1998 with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Political Science. In 2002, Ms. McIntyre earned her Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Texas Wesleyan University School of Law.

Ms. McIntyre realized her passion for U.S. immigration law at an early age. Ms. McIntyre observed the challenges her mother faced as her mother began immigrating her siblings from Vietnam to the United States in the early 1980s. Ms. McIntyre began practicing immigration law in 2003, when she became a staff attorney for a local non-profit organization that focused on providing low-cost and effective legal representation to undocumented immigrants. Ms. McIntyre moved into private practice in May 2004 when she joined a full-service immigration firm in Dallas, Texas. Ms. McIntyre became a senior associate of this firm in 2005 and remained in this position until 2008. Ms. McIntyre has also served as an expert witness on the practice of immigration law for the State of Texas.

Ms. McIntyre has extensive experience in many facets of U.S. immigration law. Her practice initially focused on H-2A Agricultural and H-2B Seasonal Visas. Ms. McIntyreâs expertise quickly expanded to include deportation defense (including bond redetermination hearings, cancellation of removal, asylum, withholding of removal, and relief under the Convention Against Torture), family-based immigration (including adjustment of status, conditional residence, and immigrant visas), citizenship and naturalization, relief under the Violence Against Womenâs Act (VAWA), nonimmigrant visas, humanitarian relief attained from Citizenship and Immigration Services (C.I.S.) and Immigration and Customs Enforcement (I.C.E.), and federal court representation.
