Andrew serves as a consultant for a wide variety of business sectors, from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies implementing procedures to safeguard them against litigation. He is a certified Association of Title IX Administrators (ATIXA) Level II Civil Rights Investigator and a certified Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Trainer. Andrew has developed training programs related to workplace harassment prevention; EEOC; COVID-19 safety; and diversity & inclusion. He served on a corporate transaction team that made national news in 2021 for finalizing the acquisition of a $2.3 billion all-cash transaction in Texas.
Due to the passing of family members in Andrew's life, he is passionate about providing guidance to his clients about estate planning and educating them on wills and trusts. He provides in-home estate planning services because he had lost the ability to walk for 1.5 years.
Additionally, Andrew represents universities and school districts related to employment disputes, internal investigations, civil rights issues, and other compliance matters. Andrew provides advice and conducts training workshops on emerging legal issues on campuses such as name image and likeness (NIL); NCAA Sexual Violence Prevention; Diversity & Inclusion; and the Clery Act. Andrew’s experience in sports and higher education law has led to him presenting regularly at universities across the country and being a resource for media entities on various subject areas in the field.
Andrew is passionate about making a difference in society, so he is a leader in the legal community throughout the country. He is actively involved as a leader with the American Bar Association (ABA) and was an inaugural Fellow for the ABA Criminal Justice Section's Diversity & Inclusion Leadership Fellowship.
