Born in Miami, James L. O'Leary ("Jim") is a native Floridian. Jim attended the University of Florida and studied Political Science. While at the University, Jim served in numerous leadership positions and was ultimately awarded the coveted membership in the Florida Blue Key. He then went on to attend Stetson University College of Law and graduated Cum Laude earning his Juris Doctorate degree. Jim Bradshaw has practiced law since 1982. He is one of the founding members of Brown, Bradshaw, and Moffat. His practice includes all types of litigation, including white collar and other criminal matters, civil litigation, criminal appeals, and professional licensing and disciplinary matters.

Jim Bradshaw graduated as a William H. Leary Scholar from the University of Utah College of Law. The first eight years of his legal career were spent working as a lawyer in the trenches at the Salt Lake Legal Defender’s Association before moving on to form Brown, Bradshaw, and Moffat.
