Jim Bradshaw

Jim Bradshaw has practiced law since 1982. He is one of the founding members of Brown, Bradshaw, and Moffat. His practice includes all types of litigation, including white collar and other criminal matters, civil litigation, criminal appeals, and professional licensing and disciplinary matters.
Jim Bradshaw graduated as a William H. Leary Scholar from the University of Utah College of Law. The first eight years of his legal career were spent working as a lawyer in the trenches at the Salt Lake Legal Defender’s Association before moving on to form Brown, Bradshaw, and Moffat.
Having previously served as the Chairman of the Criminal Law Section of the Utah State Bar as well as the Chairman of the Utah State Indigent Defense Board, Jim Bradshaw has been recognized as a leader in the legal community. He is also one of the founding members of the Utah Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. Jim Bradshaw is a Fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers, has been selected by his professional peers for inclusion in "The Best Lawyers in America," and has regularly been designated by Utah Business Magazine as one of the Top 100 lawyers in Utah. He has appeared regularly in the annual listing of "Utah's Legal Elite" and has been designated as a "Super Lawyer" within the field of criminal defense.
