I'm a senior associate at Quinn Emanuel focused on complex commercial litigation, white collar defense, and internal investigations. I represent prominent companies as plaintiffs and defendants in contract, fraud, and securities litigation in federal and state trial and appellate courts. J. Denice (Payne) von Gnechten was born and raised in the Appalachian Mountains of Western North Carolina where her family of origin still resides.
