Mr. McOmber is a third generation attorney and a lifelong resident of Monmouth County. He earned a Bachelor of Science Degree from Cornell University's College of Architecture, Art, and Planning where he majored in City and Regional Planning. Jim earned his undergraduate degree in Sociology, with a minor in Native American Studies, from Western Washington University in 1996. Jim earned his law degree from Western State University College of Law in 2005, graduating summa cum laude and valedictorian of his class.
