I have practiced Criminal Law as a Prosecutor and Defense Attorney, Administrative Law as a Judge, and Family Law. I currently specialize in Colorado Family Law, practicing in jurisdictions across the state. I am proud to work with a group of compassionate attorneys with Johnson Law Group who help families navigate a challenging court system.

We have a small law firm and a talented and great staff - so we know all of our clients and they know each of us. We are primarily Wills, Trusts and estates attorneys but each of us also has a background in other areas of law before we found our passion in estates, so we bring a well rounded set of skills to our clients who need us to also do...we fill a niche for those of our clients who are also concerned about asset protection or "defensive estate planning" as well as those who are concerned about...

I graduated from Elon University School of Law's charter class in 2009. I eventually made my way back to Carteret County, North Carolina, in 2013. My focus now is primarily on family law, including divorce, custody, spousal support, property division, and domestic violence. I also do some estate planning. When I am not advocating for my clients, I enjoy walks and relaxing on the beach, sports, reading non-legal books, and spending time with my spoiled dog, Curly.

I am a partner at Brady & Swenson, P.C. with over twenty years of experience practicing law. I concentrate on personal injury law and municipal law. I have lived in rural Western New York for most of my life and proudly call this area my home. My mission as an attorney is to obtain justice for injured individuals and rural communities in Western New York.

I am a litigation attorney practicing since 1996. I represent schools and school districts in administrative and court proceeding, including student discipline, employee discipline and dismissal and special education hearings. I also represent business entities in a variety of civil litigation, including commercial contracts and partnership and corporate disputes and dissolutions. I am admitted to practice before the Arizona, Illinois and Michigan state courts, and the federal courts. My trial experience includes state and federal courts trials and appellate courts, as well as state supreme courts.
