Brian Burke graduated from the Citadel, the Military College of South Carolina in 1995. After graduation, he went on to attend the South Carolina Criminal Justice Academy and served as a police officer in Cayce and Mt. Pleasant. When he suffered a back injury, Brian decided to attend law school, and enrolled at the University of South Carolina School of Law.
