Next I served as a public defender for 4 years, handling criminal law, juvenile law and mental health commitment cases. Since my time in law school I have dedicated my legal career to serving, protecting and enforcing the rights of individuals harmed through the carelessness of others. I grew up in the small Southern-Illinois town of Mount Olive and have dedicated my time and efforts as a trial lawyer to representing my friends and neighbors during times when they've needed it most.
