He graduated from Roosevelt University located in Downtown Chicago in 1996. Vincent attended a University in Miami, Florida where he obtained his Juris Doctor in 1999. He is the president and founding member of Luisi Legal Group. Vincent has more than a decade of professional experience working in the areas of criminal law and traffic violations.
