Paulette S. Haynes

Paulette S. Haynes leads Haynes Law Firm, a Toronto-based boutique law firm providing professional, personable, and high-quality legal services to employees and employers in a range of employment law matters. She is a respected lawyer, a trusted advisor, and an effective problem solver. Clients depend on her to achieve successful results.

In order to ensure the best outcome for her clients, she works closely with them to develop practical solutions. Paulette received her Bachelor of Social Sciences Degree in Political Science from the University of Ottawa and her Bachelor of Laws Degree from Osgoode Hall Law School. She started Haynes Law Firm shortly after she was called to the Bar of Ontario in 1994. In addition to employment-related cases, the Haynes Law team has represented clients in a diverse range of litigation cases. Paulette has appeared before all levels of courts in Ontario, the Federal Court of Canada, the Tax Court of Canada and various administrative tribunals.
