As lead trial counsel in employment and civil rights cases, Steven Murray has represented prevailing clients in multiple consecutive jury trials before the U. S. States District Court for the District of Colorado-achieving jury verdicts in favor of individuals against private sector employers, the United States Government, and the City and County of Denver. Steven has secured positive resolutions for clients in civil rights cases before the U. S. District Court for the District of Colorado-actions asserting equal employment opportunity claims for discrimination, harassment, and retaliation against private sector defendants and federal, state, and local government agency employers. Steven has represented prevailing public sector employees before the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado and government agencies, including the U. S. Merit Systems Protection Board, U.S. Foreign Service Grievance Board, and the Career Service Board for the City and County of Denver.
