Monte Taylor-Densley
Lawyer/Legal Counsel/AttorneyMonte Taylor-Densley is admitted to practice law in both the U.S. and Canada. Mr. Taylor-Densley obtained his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania School of Law. While in law school, he attended the Wharton School of Business where he received a Certificate in Business and Public Policy. Following law school, Mr. Taylor-Densley attended the University of Toronto Faculty of Law where he received a Certificate of Qualification (LL.B equivalency). He also received his B.A. in Psychology from the University of Michigan (Ann Arbor) where he received class honors as well as was a member of Delta Epsilon Iota National Honors Society. Mr. Taylor-Densley previously worked with a boutique litigation firm where he focused on class actions and commercial litigation. He also has experience in cross-border, U.S. tax, corporate law and litigation matters for Canadian clients with U.S. interests
