The first CLE-approved presentation of the 2020-2021 Inn year. Due to the pandemic, the meeting was held remotely and featured a video conferenced presentation in an interactive and engaging game-show format, this program covered non-meritorious IP claims and the various ways that the judicial system identifies and addresses these claims. Other presenters included Aashish Kapadia, Clark Oberembt, Joshua Graham, and Ben Ediger.
