With over 20 years experience, I practice exclusively immigration law. I have successfully represented companies of all sizes including Fortune 100 companies in obtaining H-1B, L1, TN, O1, and B1 visas for their employees. I have obtained labor certifications, permanent residence and naturalization for hundreds of employees. Physicians and physician groups call on me to obtain J1 waivers, H-1B visas, and permanent residence. I also assist individuals to obtain family-based immigration benefits for themselves and family members from around the world. I regularly consults with companies regarding I-9 compliance issues, including establishing and implementing compliance programs, training employees, and conducting in-house I-9 audits.
