In 2007, she received her Juris Doctorate degree from the West Virginia University College of Law. While attending law school, Attorney Magers was President of the Marilyn E. Lugar Trial Association, a member of the Clinical Law Program, and a member of the Order of Barristers. Attorney Magers is a member of the West Virginia State Bar, the Ohio State Bar, the American Association for Justice, and the Ohio County Bar Association. Mrs. Magers has litigated complex cases involving scientific issues in areas involving industrial hygiene, epidemiology, occupational medicine, and toxicology. . In 2007, Attorney Magers joined Hartley and O’Brien, PLLC, where she primarily focuses on representing victims who have suffered workplace injuries such as catastrophic injuries, product injuries, railroad worker injuries, welding industries, and chemical exposure industries.
