Horrible experience would not use Would not recommend him for any services . He overcharges, over calls, and also has no respect that I was a single mom with an infant . I told josh plenty of times I was busy with my son and he still called and emailed me and charged me . He was not reasonable with emails and calls and didn’t help me accomplish anything with my custody battle . I was only with him for less then one month and he charged me $10,000. I am still in shock! I received a letter with the suffolk county district court and I will be going next week with many useless emails and MANY others to show them that I stated many times that when my divorce is finalized he will get his money . I cannot set up a payment plan unless I know how much I’m going to get . Which happens with every divorce . They were only on my case for less then a month and the prices they charged me were OUTRAGEOUS ! I had to ask for copies and paperwork of every single charge that they over charged me for, for that short amount of time . I think it was less then 30 days and $10,000. .The prices they charged were insane compared to other lawyers on Long Island . . I would keep looking so you do not fall into the mess I am in . In His short time the cost was more then My new lawyer and husbands lawyer combined . overcalled, over emailed me beyond my control and then charged me for those times . I will let suffolk county know and I hope they look into his illegal way of running a law firm. Very unfair when it comes to your way of “helping” clients . Maybe he needs more clients bc his way of dealing with clients is so horrible .
