Joseph M. Kaye

Joseph is an attorney who represents businesses and individuals in a wide variety of commercial litigation matters, including complex and general commercial litigation, business disputes, family law matters, contested and uncontested probate and guardianship matters, as well as guardianship and trust litigation. A life-long Florida native, Joseph completed his undergraduate studies at Florida State University, where he graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in creative writing. Joseph received his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Miami School of Law, where he graduated magna cum laude, was a member of the Race and Social Justice Law Review, served as Dean’s Fellow for Contracts, attained the Dean’s Certificate of Achievement in Evidence, earned honors in litigation skills, and was on the Dean’s List multiple times. Joseph also gained valuable experience as a judicial intern for the Honorable Magistrage Judge Jonathan Goodman in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, and as a certified legal intern for the Miami-Dade State Attorney's Office, Misdemeanor Domestic Violence Division. Joseph’s attention to detail and commitment to professionalism ensure that clients will receive individualized attention and care in crafting creative legal solutions to meet their particularized needs.
