Attorney misconduct and ineffective counsel to say the least. This attorney was not capable of serving subpoenas in time resulting in an 8 month delay of my trial. He intentionally withheld DA's evidence from me. He lied to me during trial regarding discovery evidence he had all along but never showed me. He failed to enter important evidence on my behalf. He doodled during my trial and had to be interrupted by the judge to stop and answer pertinent questions several times. He should not be practicing law. You can not trust him. This is not hearsay. This is all in court records. Avoid this clown at all cost.
