Brian Brad for is a genuine humble attorney, best we’ve ever had.
Brian Bradford was a pleasure to work with. He was an amazing Attorney. Very personable. He spoke to us with so much respect and genuinely showed he cared about us, our well being, and our family. He checked in on us during and after our case to see how we were doing and if there was anything he could ever help us with he was just a call away. I know without a doubt if any one I know is ever in need of legal advice after an accident he will be the person I refer them with. He exceeded our expectations 1000%

Brian was very informative and able to educate my wife and I on how the process would work and what details to expect throughout. He was always very positive and kept us informed during the entire process. My wife Susan Brown and I would recommend Brian to anyone who needs guidances and a complete understanding of what to expected. Great communicator.

11 Questions Answered
Q. Can i do a law suit when i fell at mcdonald's a few years back now i have back problems and need injections every year?
A: The answer to your question will depend on the specifics of your case, including how old you were at the time and what state you live in. I would suggest contacting an attorney where you live or in the state where you were injured. Best of luck!
Q. My wife was in a car accident in Jan 2020 where the other driver ran a red light and was cited. She hasn't worked since,
A: I am sorry to hear bc snout you’re wife’s injuries. Maximum medical improvement (MMI) is not a prerequisite to resolve your wife’s claim. However, a good personal injury lawyer will want to make sure that if your wife has long term/permanent impairments, a poor prognosis for recovery, and an ongoing need for future treatment, those issues are fully understood before resolving her case. If those details are unclear from the records, which is often the case, your attorney should meet with one or more of your wife’s providers to get a narrative report(s) addressing those issues so the can be accounted for in determining what is “full compensation “ for her injuries. We would certainly be happy to discuss this further and share our opinions with you on Monday.
Q. In Colorado if your boss physically attacks you while you are at work can you sue the company?
A: Generally speaking, a victim of a physical assault in the workplace will have a civil claim against the person doing the assault. The circumstances of the assault will need to be examined to determine the viability of the claim and whether a claim lies against the company as well. As with any claim, the facts and circumstances of what happened must be fully explored to fully understand your legal options. We would be happy to speak with you to learn more about what happened and what your rights are.
