Biography

Upon graduating from Cal Poly Pomona with a mechanical engineering degree I shortly thereafter obtained my law degree from Berkeley Law School. I spent nearly the next ten years of my legal career litigating and trying cases with the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office. Over that period of time, I handled numerous complex cases involving crimes ranging from financial and consumer fraud to conspiracy to commit murder and murder. As my interests evolved and life changed I transitioned to the practice of civil litigation. Over the past year, I have pursued justice for victims of bad actors in environmental, real estate, personal injury, and various other areas of the law. Working with and helping members of the community has always been a passion of mine and I'm fortunate to be able to do so.

Q. Can I sue a dentist
A: I’m sorry to hear you went through this. The answer to your question is yes, you can potentially sue for damages. Of course this will depend on the facts of your situation, but medical professionals are generally held to a duty to exercise the same care and expertise as a reasonable professional in their field. Your situation will turn on what the written/communicated understanding of your procedure was between you and the medical professional that performed the work on you before the procedure began. If you did not agree to the dental procedure performed, then you may have a valid case. I do caution that you should speak with an attorney about your situation (virtual or in-person) about the specific facts; no attorney, including myself, can give you adequate advice (nor should they) over direct messaging. ...
