Farid Masoud served as an Assistant Chief Counsel for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, Immigration Customs Enforcement from 2006 until 2015.

Mr. Masoud was chosen to serve as a representative to the United Nations General Assembly and Legal Committee at the United Nations headquarters in New York City where he participated in discussions regarding various international legal issues.
