University of TurinI am an italian lawyer licensed to practice law in Italy. Now I am an associate attorney at Studio Legale Rullo, an Italian law firm in Turin, Italy. I solely represent my client on criminal matter involving both felony and misdemeanor charges. Before my current position, I was a Legal training assistant at Tribunale di Torino, the district court, from Oct 2011 until Oct 2012; from Nov 2010 until Oct 2011 I was a Legal training assistant at Avvocatura Distrettuale dello Stato di Torino, a district public defender representing goverment agency in trial; from Oct 2009 until Oct 201o, I was a Legal training assistant at Procura della Repubblica di Saluzzo, the district attorney of the city of Saluzzo, Piedmont; I gained unique experience specifically in criminal matter The challenge came from having to solve real legal cases under the supervision and control of the magistrates; the reward instead came from the creative challenge faced, the understandings gained, and from the constructive feedbacks received from the team and the magistrates. I received my LLM from University of Turin where in 2015 became a teaching assistant of Criminal Procedure. During this year, I clerked for University of Turin, reasearching issues of Criminal Procedure, and Law of Criminal Evidence, and writing also articles for law journals.
