Crucita Flecha
Attorney Crucita Flecha is the founding attorney with Flecha Law, Ltd. She established the law firm to focus on meeting the needs of the Spanish-speaking and immigrant communities. Attorney Flecha currently practices primarily in the area of immigration but also has a select clientele needing small business assistance with business counseling, structure, and transactions. Prior to founding Flecha Law, Ltd, she was a partner with Thompson Steward Flecha LLC focusing almost exclusively on immigration and business law.
Attorney Flecha graduated from Capital University Law School and has been practicing law since 1995. She was the Staff Attorney for the Honorable John P. Bessey in Franklin County Court of Common Pleas, an Assistant Attorney General for the Honorable Betty Montgomery, and a solo practitioner. Attorney Flecha has represented numerous clients in the areas of family and tax collection.
Attorney Flecha actively encourages and supports businesses and organizations that continually promote political, educational, social, and economic growth in the Spanish-speaking community. To that end, she is a member of several non-profit charitable and professional organizations. Attorney Flecha is a member in good standing with the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and Femergy.
Currently, she is the President of Femergy, a non-profit organization focused on the empowerment of women and young girls.
