I have known Chip Parker for close to 15 years as a bankruptcy attorney colleague. He willingly shares his expertise and has been available to me to answer questions or discuss bankruptcy law matters.

Chip and I both represent debtors in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 cases. Over the years I have reached out to him for advice about various bankruptcy matters.

The bankruptcy laws changed significantly in 2005 and even experienced consumer bankruptcy lawyers were unclear about the impact of the new law. Chip shared his knowledge about the revised Code with me and several other colleagues and helped me get up to speed quickly.
