Ms. Aliperta represents clients in DuPage, Kane, and Cook Counties (primarily Rolling Meadows). Ms. Aliperta has successfully represented clients in Illinois in a wide-range of criminal cases including DUI, theft, sex crimes, weapons charges, drug charges, armed robbery, vehicular hijacking, and probation violations. She has also worked with clients on the sealing and expungement of criminal records.
Ms. Aliperta practices Criminal defense because she firmly believes that every person, regardless of their race, religion, or nationality, has the right to life, liberty, and happiness. Any Criminal charge lodged against a person, no matter how petty the offense, is an attempt by the government to deprive that person of those rights. Ms. Aliperta will fight against a sometimes unjust system to protect the rights of all of her clients.
