I am married to Lori Dawn (Irick) Earl since Dec 1991. We have 5 children, 4 girls and 1 son. I have been a practicing attorney here in Moses Lake, Grant County since July 1992.
All I do is criminal defense.

Steven Earl has represented disabled individuals since 2009. He has experience at all stages of the Social Security Disability process from applications through hearings and appeals to the Appeals Council and Federal Court. He has appeared at thousands of hearings before administrative law judges and helped many clients obtain benefits.

I became a juvenile lawyer by accident but quickly discovered that this area of the law captured both my heart and brain. I practiced exclusively in juvenile court for over ten years.

I began representing children accused of breaking the law in order to ensure that they had a voice and were heard. Whatever the outcome in court, when children are given a voice and are heard, they begin to trust and feel respected and empowered. It is important to remember that "delinquents" are children, with undeveloped brains, and they and their families need to be shepherded through the court...

I represented the District of Columbia government for 37 years as both a trial and appellate litigator, with a special expertise in government contract litigation and administrative law cases. Having now retired from government service, I sometimes take on legal research and writing matters.
