David L. Scher has been a partner at Block O’Toole & Murphy since 2012, and became President of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association (NYSTLA) in 2023. Prior to his career in personal injury law, Mr. Scher worked for the Office of the New York State Attorney General, volunteered for a Civil Rights legal aid clinic, and clerked for New York Supreme Court Justice Shirley Kornreich.
