I am the chief integral element of the Bergman and Yiangou Law firm. I received my BA from the Ohio State University in 1966, and my JD (Juris Doctor) from Capital University Law School in 1970. I spent a year as an Assistant Attorney General in the Workers' Compensation Section. I have been in private practice since 1972. I am a member of the Ohio State and Columbus Bar Associations, and a Trustee for the CEC (Consumer Education Coalition).

Board Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate law, focusing on estate planning for families with children. Besides doing estate planning, I regularly file petitions in the Courts to gather loose assets into a trust after someone has died (i.e., a "Heggstad" petition) or to modify an irrevocable trust in order to correct errors or deficiencies, or add in provisions that can be beneficial to a family. Additionally, I assist with probate and trust administration of a decedent's estate or trust after they have died.
