Jeffrey R. Russell is a Board Certified Specialist in Family Law. A Western North Carolina native, he is a member of the Family Law section at Tharrington Smith, LLP. Larry graduated from Auburn University in 1987 where he earned a B.A. in Pre-Law Criminal Justice. He also played football from 1981-1984 for Auburn University and was team member for the 1983 SEC Championship team and 1984 Sugar Bowl Champion. He attended Thomas Goode Jones School of Law while working full time in law enforcement for over 3 years graduating August 1993 and began practicing law in the Auburn area in April 1994.
