Michael G. Palmer graduated from the University of Idaho in Moscow, Idaho, in 1993, receiving his degree in Communications. Michael earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Idaho College of Law in 1996.

After law school, Michael passed the bar in both Oregon and Idaho. Chuck Palmer is the Managing Partner of Michael, Best & Friedrich's Waukesha, Wisconsin office.
