Michael Paul grew up in a Navy family who lived all over the country, returning to their home base of San Diego every two years. Michael H. He also represents vendors and suppliers of perishable agricultural commodities (produce) in actions under the federal Perishable Agricultural Commodities Act (“PACA”) against non-paying buyers and purchasers.
