Tiffany Jones Ellenberg was born in Atlanta and raised in Morgan County. After graduating with Honors from Rutledge Academy, Ms. Ellenberg attended Georgia College and State University on a scholarship; she graduated with Honors, receiving a Bachelor of Arts Degree and Master of Public Administration Degree. She attended John Marshall Law School in Atlanta, Georgia, and in November of 1998, Ms. Ellenberg was admitted to the practice of Law in Georgia.
