Tiffany Jones Ellenberg

Tiffany Jones Ellenberg was born in Atlanta and raised in Morgan County. After graduating with Honors from Rutledge Academy, Ms. Ellenberg attended Georgia College and State University on a scholarship; she graduated with Honors, receiving a Bachelor of Arts Degree and Master of Public Administration Degree. She attended John Marshall Law School in Atlanta, Georgia, and in November of 1998, Ms. Ellenberg was admitted to the practice of Law in Georgia. Ms. Ellenberg is licensed and experienced to practice in State and Federal Court at pretrial, trial and appellate level. She handles Probate, Magistrate and Municipal Court cases, as well. Over the past seventeen years, Ms. Ellenberg has served as an Assistant Solicitor, Court appointed Attorney for both adults and juveniles in Morgan County, Guardian ad Litem for juveniles, Attorney for the City of Oxford, Georgia, and City Attorney for the City of Rutledge, Georgia. Ms. Ellenberg credited each of these positions with her trial experience, experience in legal research and her desire to fight for the underdog. In 1998, Ms. Ellenberg began practicing law in her hometown area of Madison, Georgia. For the past 17 years, Ms. Ellenberg has focused on Family Law matters (divorce, custody, legal separations, contempt actions, etc.), Probate matters, Criminal Law, and Personal Injury Law in the Ocmulgee Circuit and surrounding circuits. As a trial attorney, Ms. Ellenberg prepares each case as if it will go to trial.
