Dr. John Marlow Starbuck is the founder and owner of the Starbuck Law Firm. Starbuck holds numerous degrees including a B.A. from Indiana University Indianapolis, an M.A. from Penn State, a Ph.D. from Penn State, and a J.D. from the Indiana University Robert H.
