John Starbuck
Dr. John Marlow Starbuck is the founder and owner of the Starbuck Law Firm. Starbuck holds numerous degrees including a B.A. from Indiana University Indianapolis, an M.A. from Penn State, a Ph.D. from Penn State, and a J.D. from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law. Prior to beginning his legal career as an attorney, Starbuck was a researcher at the Indiana University School of Dentistry, a lecturer at Indiana University Northwest, and a professor at the University of Central Florida.
Before starting the Starbuck Law Firm, Starbuck worked as a prosecutor and focused on child support, juvenile delinquency, and felony cases. Starbuck also worked at a large law-firm that specialized in insurance defense. These positions provided Starbuck with first-hand knowledge and experience in understanding criminal, family law, and personal injury cases. Starbuck uses the comprehension and understanding gleaned from his prior experiences to benefit his clients.
