Theodore J. Finn "Ted" was raised in Longmont, Colorado, attended Niwot High School locally and then graduated from the University of Northern Colorado with a degree in Political Science. Ted then attended the Creighton University School of Law. While at Creighton Ted was a member of the Editorial Staff of the Creighton Law Review.
