Daniel J. Tann, Esquire was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to Gladys L. Tann and Fee Otis Tann. He is the youngest of three children.
He is a 1982 graduate of LaSalle University, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania where he earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with a dual major in Accounting and Organizational Behavior Management.

Jeremy Alberts began his career at the Supreme Court of Nevada where he served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Justice Michael Douglas. During his tenure as a Law Clerk, he presented numerous precedent setting cases to the presiding Justices of the Nevada Supreme Court.
