Ms. Ramirez is a Director in the Rodey Law Firm practicing in the Santa Fe and Albuquerque offices. She represents and advises clients in real estate acquisition, development, construction and financing transactions; real estate leasing; entity structuring and organization; securities law matters; and other business transactions. In addition to representing New Mexico-based clients throughout the state, Ms. Ramirez often serves as local counsel to out-of-state companies doing business in New Mexico. Her experience ranges from representing individuals in start-up ventures to representing multinational companies in complex financing, real estate and other transactions. She also counsels non-profit and tax-exempt organizations.

I have practiced oil and gas law in Texas since 1975, specializing in representation of land and mineral owners. I am certified in oil and gas law by Texas Board of Legal Specialization. I have been employed at Graves, Dougherty, Hearon & Moody in Austin, Texas since 1978, and have been serving as President of the firm since January 2018.
