Ms. Ramirez is a Director in the Rodey Law Firm practicing in the Santa Fe and Albuquerque offices. She represents and advises clients in real estate acquisition, development, construction and financing transactions; real estate leasing; entity structuring and organization; securities law matters; and other business transactions. In addition to representing New Mexico-based clients throughout the state, Ms. Ramirez often serves as local counsel to out-of-state companies doing business in New Mexico. Her experience ranges from representing individuals in start-up ventures to representing multinational companies in complex financing, real estate and other transactions. She also counsels non-profit and tax-exempt organizations.

Ms. Ramirez is licensed to practice law in New Mexico and Texas. Before moving to New Mexico in 2010, she practiced with Vinson & Elkins, LLP in Houston and Austin and Graves, Dougherty, Hearon & Moody, P.C. in Austin. Prior to attending law school, she was a finance manager at a public energy company in Houston, Texas, where she handled equity and debt offerings, financial risk management, and asset and stock acquisitions and divestitures.
