A native of Asheville, Brad graduated from The Florida State University College of Law in 2005, magna cum laude, where he was a member of Law Review. Brad is currently a member of The Order of the Coif; a prestigious national society recognizing academic excellence in the legal arena.

Alec D. Murphy is a Partner and Attorney at Murphy and Dunn P.C. He received his Juris Doctor from UIC John Marshall Law School in Chicago, Illinois, and his Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Bradley University. Alec was born and raised in Peoria, Illinois and attended Dunlap High School. Alec works directly with his paralegal Brooke L. Mr. Mikita is the Senior Partner and, along with Staci Roccanova, the founder of Mikita & Roccanova LLC. He was educated in the Edison Township school district earning his diploma in 1987. Mr. Mikita graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from Bradley University in Peoria, Illinois. He received his Juris Doctorate in 1994 from Seton Hall University School of Law.
