A native of Boston, Massachusetts, Mr. Gallagher steadily made his way westward before arriving in Phoenix Arizona in 2008. He graduated in 2005 from Drexel University in Philadelphia with a B.S. in Information Systems Technology. Working in this field while achieving his law degree.
